Noemí Custodia-Lora, Ph.D.

Noemí is a higher education administrator with extensive experience in community college leadership. She has demonstrated experience in cross-cultural management, community and international relations, and education programs for English language learners, adult learners, professional skilled immigrants, and justice-involved individuals. She is an expert in developing early college programs, STEM education, and education policy. She is a Professor, active community leader, strategist, and Fulbright Specialist. She is motivated by teaching in all of its forms, leading to an individual's potential for self-sufficiency and self-advocacy. She connects with EcoLogic’s mission of empowerment, providing the tools for community ownership of the work over time.
